Brian Servant Partnership, Pietermaritzburg

Brian Servant Partnership consists of two main departments: The Design and Documentation Team and The Administration Team.
The Design and Documentation Team is responsible for the preparation of all the project-related documentation including the consolidation of the brief preparation of sketch designs, working drawings and specifications. This team will then take the project through to completion after tender stage, being responsible for site inspections and site meetings in the process.
The Design and Documentation Team is ably augmented by an important and efficient Administration Team who ensure that supplementary documentation is prepared and dispatched in good time.
We are a small, close-knit organisation, a team able to work with you to achieve our mutual goal: A cost effective, well planned and aesthetically pleasing building customised to suit your specific requirements. As is often necessary with building in our time, the services of Consulting Engineers and Quantity Surveyors can be arranged by our firm.
Mr V F Fouché started the practice in Pietermaritzburg by opening a Branch Office in 1949 for Geoffrey Le Seur & Partners, a Durban Based Architectural Firm.
A few years later the Practice was taken over completely by Mr V F Fouché and thus became known as Victor Fouché , Chartered Architects.
In 1964 Mr B R Servant jointed Victor F Fouché as a Partner until Mr V F Fouché's death in 1980. At this point the Practice continued under the style of Brian Servant Partnership, Chartered Architects.
