Most services and software require in most cases intermediate to advanced form of computer skills which in 90 percent of the time, the average person just don’t have. Starting up a new business brings along its own fair amount of challenges and stress levels and IT related matters just not needs to be one of them. The average person owning / managing his or her plumbing or delivery business can help themselves with basic Pc functions like sending emails, editing Word or Excel docs, but when it comes to some advanced functions like editing registry files to sort out an installation problem, they will need some form of help. The need to concentrate on running the business and not spent six working hours just to sort out a matter that should have taken them five minutes!Online Advertising.

With the amount of internet users growing daily in South Africa it is surprising how little of new Sme's do the effort to create an online identity. The few that realize the importance and advantages of being visible online, just does not have the knowledge or the time to create and maintain an online identity and ad campaign.
