Very disappointed. Been trying non-stop to contact Brackenfell post office (the number being advertised all over the internet). You would think that Brackenfell of all post offices would answer their phones. Shocked to see they don't - after trying for a full week. Why do you even have a contact number? Being busy, is not an excuse to not answer a 'company's' telephone. I simply wanted to inquire whether my parcel is still there, as it would be a waste of time and money to go there, only to find its not there anymore. Unhappy Brackenfell Citizen
