It is against the law of marketing and competition. BOUNDARY SILK BAZAAR is monopolizing the market, exclusive control over a commercial activity is criminal in South Africa. We should be able to buy our children's uniforms wherever we wish. I am a loyal customer of Woolworth and I want the liberty to buy my children's uniforms on my choice stores. This BOUNDARY SILK BAZAAR has been exempt from competing with other businesses and has got away with it for many years. They think they have the right to compromise on quality and on prices because the buyers has no choice. Head of local schools and BAZAAR be warned...Uncertainty that matters...Litigation or otherwise!!!!!

I cannot believe that only one shop in the entire South Africa can supply school clothes for Schools in Kempton Park. The pricing is ridiculous - they are more expensive than school fees itself. What is the reason that school clothes are so ridiculously expensive if the shop buys them in bulk. Surely pricing should be cheaper??? I would really like to ask other shops to look into stocking school clothes as well. I cannot imagine that this is the only shop that can sell school clothes. If you complain about the pricing the staff just laugh as they know you cannot buy the clothes anywhere else. BOUNDARY SILK BAZAAR IS A RIP OFF

We received excellent service from the Sales Consultant (in the extra large size clothing dept)! He just looked at my Dad, and immediately knew which sizes to suggest. My Dad also has huge broad feet, and he also immediately knew which shoe to suggest (& it fitted perfectly) - after being to 3 other (plus size) shops where we couldnt' find anything. I think the Sales consultant's name was Essop (he used to work in Durban he mentioned) - but I can honestly say he went out of his way to assist us, and not only to sell items (like most sales people), but he showed a sincere care that you don't find in too many people nowadays!
