Terrible customer service

Called in today,10/29/2012, to inquire about a self tapping screw and was appalled by the terrible customer service. i repeatedly asked about the PRICING and the sales person insisted i come into the store as that was the only way he could help me. i am disgusted to say that the said person HUNG UP on me after i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. i would also like to add that i called T. F. to inquire about the same thing and their service was friendly and helpful. i am assured that this horrible customer service will be dealt with immediately and in the appropriate manner.
