We are a small business that gets bread from Blue Ribbon. Up until now I want to pull the hair out my head because I am so frustrated with them.
We are supposed to receive bread 3 times a week. We are lucky if we get it once a week. An order is placed and we wait. Today we got a phone call from the driver to say he has no bread left and will not be delivering. Our last order we got was Tuesday. With the lock down we took extra bread we took 60 extra loaves to give to the underprivledged children in our little community.
Now we sit with absolutely NO bread till Tuesday and today is Saturday. What do we tell our customers? We are loosing business because they will then drive to Venterstad to get their bread and just make the most of going in and buy what they could have bought from us.
So, yes, we are now going to look for another outlet as this company is really and truly not a company to be proud of.
