Unfair Deal

I thought multifrachise company is fair and straight forward company when it comes to business, but guess what, I was wrong, this guys sell me a car which they knew from the previous owner that it had problems, then I picked up problems after I have bought the car, then I gave them more than enough chance of +-2months to fix the car, then When I had had enough of them, then I demanded my deposit back, guess what they tell me, We can not give you your deposit back!
I never thought we still have such unfair deals from 'big'companies like bloemfontein multifranchise. I hope other customers can learn from my sawer deal and never trust companies because you think they are big. Big companies do take advantage as well. I experienced a very bad service from used cars management.
