This company recently built my dream home...it turned into my worst nighmare. I cannot recommend them at all. Their quality of workmanship is very poor. My aluminium windows and doors are leaking water and they have not returned to resolve it. They do not pay their subcontractors and then lie to them, telling them that I have not paid them yet. They double claim on work done. They price on the specifications given at tender stage, yet they downgrade to the cheaper materials without giving through any savings. They take shortcuts wherever they can. They will leave you with a defective house and not fulfill their contractual obligations. Subsequently, I had them removed from the list of MBA approved contractors. They committed an Act of Insolvency, as they failed to repay certain funds owed to me. Be very aware of them! Use any other company when building, but not this Company!!!

this company owe his wokers money for the 2013 holidays. they feel nothing for these people who work so hard during the year. the directors just think of themself.
