There are so many aspects involved in planning a wedding that we offer you our professional service from the invitations to the departure on honeymoon. We at “Bella Carta” will make sure that the day you say “I do” will be one of your most happiest and memorable days in your life. There is an old saying that states that “ not planning is planning to fail” and this is so true about a wedding, plan it and you will surely get the best day. That is what we, “Bella Carta” wedding planners are here for, to assist you on this special day. OUR SERVICES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING Creating invitations, programs, menus, table and seating plans Helping to plan and budget for your big day. Assistance and advice with the selection of the venue, décor, colours, flower arrangements. Assistance with guest favors. Help finding the perfect photographer(we also have our own photographer), marriage officiate, DJ or band. Make appointments with the hair stylist and make up artist(we also have our own hairstylist and make up artist). Rentals of centre pieces, candles or anything needed. Oversee the décor, drapings, the chapel or the garden ceremony. Transport for the bride and groom if necessary. Consult with the caterers. Arrange the wedding cake. Coordinating the set up of the venue Oversee the layout of the tables. Oversee the smooth running of the whole event. Preparing time schedule for the special day. Compiling an action list to ensure deadlines are met.
