Being Human Group Africa (BHG) was founded in 2019 by directors Yendor Felgate and Magriet Mouton, and is headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa. BHG is Africa's only Gallup Strategic Licensee, authorised to deliver the Gallup Global Strengths Coaching Certification (GGSC) across the continent, an internationally recognised coaching qualification accredited by the ICF, SHRM, and HRCI.

BHG's work is built entirely around the CliftonStrengths assessment, the Gallup research tool used to identify a person's natural talents rather than their weaknesses. Every engagement, whether individual coaching, team development, or organisational culture work, starts with understanding what a person or team already does best, then builds a plan around it.
Services include one-on-one strengths coaching for individuals, executive coaching for CEOs and senior leaders, team dynamics workshops that map how different strengths fit together, and the Gallup Global Strengths Coaching Certification course for professionals who want to become certified strengths coaches themselves. Courses run both virtually and in person from Johannesburg.
