Company description
BBS Tool & Press is a Gauteng based engineering company established in 1997.
We provide a specialised service to customers in various industries, such as the Arms, Commuter, Construction and Lighting Industries.
We specialise in Tool & Die Making, Precision Engineering, Metal Pressing, Laser Cutting, Water Jet Cutting, Guillotining, Bending, Specialised Welding, Fabrication and the development and assembly of Components.
Metal Pressing:
Our Eccentric Presses range from 15 – 160 ton.
Laser Cutting:
Our Laser Cutter cuts 0.5 – 25mm Mild Steel, 0.5 – 20mm Stainless Steel and 0.5 – 12mm Aluminum.
Water Jet Cutting:
Our Water Jet Cutter cuts Hardened Steel, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Glass, Granite, Plastic and Foam.
Bending Work:
Bending Work is done on our 125 ton Press Break.
Guillotining:
Our Guillotining ranges from 0.6 – 6 mm and cuts Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminum.
Specialised Welding & Fabrication:
Welding and Fabrication of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum assemblies are done with CO2 and TIG Welding Machinery.
