Well I'm not happy with the service I got from one of your branches in tzaneen . I recently bought 1m Black flock , when I'm busy trying to cut it on my vinyl cutter it shift and messed up my art work , I tried it several times till I had to call/whatsapp the sales person and let them know of what has happen , she then told me to bring back the material. That's when I went there just now and their line manager/owner said they can't take it . Which means it's a loss to me as a customer cause I won't use the material ..
