Baptista's Slabs, Krugersdorp

The most Pathetic Service I have ever experienced and to make matters worse they even steal clients money!!!somebody needs to shut that crook and his business down before he does more people in!Still actually waitin for Mr Baptista to come and complete the slab which for Record Purposes was from the beginning... even initial block and lintel layout was packed Completely "Not Level" .My slab was fixed(blocks n lintels were removed and repacked)by Carlos from B** s**** to whom I am so grateful,and I highly recommend!!! However it had to be at my cost.So to Mr Luis Baptista who I'm sure will fail to refund.and still "apparently" is coming to my property to collect his poles since April,you will be contacted by my Lawyer for your "Daylight Robbery".

Worst service i have ever had from a company, i paid them in full R49 000 back in April they promised to install the slab at my place up until now they have not finished the work you have to call them daily and they lie to you right now i am preparing to launch an application in the high court to compel them to finish their work i warn people to keep away from this company

I made a full of myself - I should have check complains first before paying my R30 000. When you call the office to follow up, they promise to call you back. When you call the owner he tells you that his wife and daughter are the only ones to help you.

I just saw this complaint after paying Baptista slab cash for my ribs and blocks. The treatment I got was so bad to an extent that I got sleepless night. You pay and they don't deliver the material as promised. You phone them and promise you liars. This company is so unprofessional.

this is a terrible company to do business with. Once you pay them their deposit, you have to beg them to deliver the products and complete the job. The owner, L**** B*******, does not know how to talk to his clients. the customers service sucks. I would not recommend anyone do business with these people and I am talking from experience.
