Baketique, Alberton

After 16 years of serving the public as prison wardens in Gauteng, best friends Suretha Gregorowski and Sulet Erasmus decided to follow their hearts and realise their lifelong passion to open a bakery. Baketique was born, and in less than a year the duo had achieved huge success. The store in Verwoerdpark is a treasure-trove of confectionary delights that sports a very wide range of goods that can either be bought pre-made or ordered to specifications. Baketique produces a wide variety of goods including cakes, cupcakes, frozen doughs and party goodies. Other products available include spices, packaging, colouring, flavouring and utensils. Though the business is based in the south of Johannesburg, Baketique is capable of servicing the greater Johannesburg area as well as surrounds.
