Installation looked good initially however after less that 3 mths a brown greasy coating appeared on the underside of the roofing. The main support structures were not sealed properly resulting in water ingress picked up by a continual drip. Descriptions as to why this has occured was inadequate and identifing the original supplier as the culprit. They of course did not do the instalation, so where is the responsibility. Not the best installation I have seen and as usual the MD/Owner difficult to obtain for discussion.
Left a bad taste.
