Company description

Oil paint is Franss work flow with an incredible softness, yet striking level of clarity is attained. He also paints on other supports namely, wood, tiles and leather.

Frans has a philosophy in life- He therefore focuses on the light which God provides, in nature, rather than the darker side of everyday life. Darkness can not be driven away with darkness itself. He strives through his art, to place on canvas, the wonder of Gods creation. Add to that a sprinkle of the light we read of in the scriptures, and you have what Frans Venter is all about.

Frans and his wife Annie, relocated to Mossel Bay 10 years ago, along with their two children Marzelle and Tjaart. Here, he and his wife own and operate a successfull art gallery. The gallery does not only contain his own work, but in addition he exhibits works of Jonny de Kock, Hentie and Sonja Meyer, Riana Voster, Marlene, Lynette Barnard, Paul Manro and many more.

Frans does numerous commissions and also gives art classes.
