Terrible service from Randall and his wife! Paid over R2000 for something and was treated so so poorly by both of them. She was so so so rude and so was he. While counting out my hard cash paying for the garment, they handled my mom and I like children just because she wanted to make sure about something. After I mentioned that I'm not paying a R100 for something here ...I'm paying over 2k and its within one's right to ask as many questions about the purchase and even if I ask the same questions 4 times if i have to....I'm making sure. Then I got told that he isn't a "uitenhage" designer. Name shames other designers and comments on customers body size. As a first time bride, witnessing this... he totally took away an experience which should have been a happy one, that terrible experience will remain with me for a lifetime. I had to take the garment to a someone else to have it done properly.
