Angry bird receptionist, 23 July 2025

Visited Ampath today at Town bush road. I was horrified by how rude the receptionist was. No people skills whatsoever. I was looking to do a covid test. She rudely told me off and upon enquiry, she couldn't even direct me to the closest ampath that offered the test. She told me "Whichever other one in the private hospitals, I don't know. " We need to learn how to leave our problems at home and be at work with a smile. You work with people, my dear. As the face of ampath town bush, learn people's skills is my advice
