Paid my account twice last year, 2023. At AWYP. Still waiting for refund now at end of June 2024. Useless accounts department, everytime just tell me it is on file, or take my phone number and will contact me.. Never hear anything from them. Don't even know how to handle customers, calls you aunty!!!

The account department is harassing me for more then a month on an bill that was already paid on the 25/03/2021 , I've emailed already 2 times, 16/04/2021 and 20/04/2021 to [email protected] the proof that the account is settled. Now ampath send an email claiming that there is no corresponds from me and demand that I have to pay a bill that is already paid, with threats to take legal action. The account department need to get there facts straight before unfairly harassing clients.

Went today, 13/01/2018, to Arwyp and your people that draw blood dont use cloves, dont disinfect your skin before drawing blood. Disgusting dirty and unprofessional. Was supposed to take urine dample, also not done. J Booyse
