I strongly advise against engaging with this business. Although they may seem legitimate at first glance, having a physical store and providing seemingly relevant documentation, the devices they sell are stolen and are likely to be blacklisted in the future. My personal experience with them involves the purchase of three devices, all of which have been blacklisted one after the other within a year. I received feedback from Apple's Chief Security Officer, confirming that the device I purchased originated from an iStore shipment that was hijacked. Please exercise caution and avoid any dealings with this establishment.
