Alert Removals, Durban

Extremely unsatisfied. TNJ Movers is just an agent, they uses Alert Removals, total un-professional, extremely poor service. They basically just dump my furniture at the new place, stack everything on top of each other, do not care if things marked Fragile, poorly wrap the items, lot of scuff marks, dents and chips on furniture pieces. Still busy to try and get them to pay for my damaged furniture that was purely damaged because they loaded heavy items on tot of it. Never ever use any of these 2 companies, Alert Removals or TNJ Movers.

Alert Removals moved my baby grand piano and other house hold goods i had an excellent service from the . the team was wonderful. it was a stress free move.

Alert Removals are appalling. Despite advertising that they have been in business for over 40 years and specializing in moving pianos, they managed to break our precious Baby Grand between Richards Bay and Ballito. The keys are jammed. One worker reeked of alcohol and after delivering the piano told my wife at 10.30am that she owed them lunch. I was told by Mary in the office that because there was no blemish on the piano they could not be held liable for any mechanical defect. Obviously this piano was subjected to some pretty rough treatment. AVOID ALERT REMOVALS AT ALL COSTS.
