I recently went your consulting rooms in Hammanskraal for new spectacles and I had terrible experience with the lady who is working at the reception. She insisted of choosing a frame for me and it seemed like she was undermining me and my medical aid and it was for the first time I got such an experience at your consulting rooms. It was not a nice scene at all and I felt humiliated since she was with some other ladies when she treated me like that. I've been coming for spectacles since 1995. May she change her behavior towards patients.
