We want to report to your organisation the unprofessional attitude and more the dishonesty of one of your members being AFRICA PRO MINING & SUPPLIES CC. We, Aftex Exporters placed an order with the above mentioned company, for shirts and pants in July 2013. On their request, we made a full advance internet payment and faxed proof to them. They then promised delivery within 2 weeks to us but nothing transpired. We called and they kept on promising us delivery the next week, but no delivery was ever made. Only to find after 6-8 weeks of going back and forth that they cannot supply the goods. We asked them telephonically on numerous occasions for the refund but no response. We then sent emails to recover our refund to no avail. We called then the owner and he threatened not to refund us. We are now proceeding with legal action against them. We believe it is important that 1. you stop providing service and or advertising to this bad supplier. 2. And or inform your member to be very cautious in dealing with such unethical company.
