Travel programmes are operated under specially-trained permanent travel managers with a close network of associates providing back-up services. Stringent review processes are undertaken at the completion of each programme to ensure the provision of continued high quality experiences. Assessments are not only conducted by external customer review but also by an internal process of peer evaluation and cover the following areas: overall volunteer satisfaction, quality of hotels, meals and transport, satisfaction with safety and security measures and medical support, quality of cultural experience, service and attitude of support staff and quality of overall experience. In 2005 and 2006 surveys conducted by an independent company indicated that we exceeded the expectations of 100% of our customers.
