The WORST customer service. Broken promises, missing items in the order and the elusive manager who is NEVER there is still such a mystery to me. I have been waiting for an order from November 2022, order was sent in Feb 2023 with missing items even after numerous calls and emails - till today, Sharon or Primrose are still inquiring from the manager (for my last 10 calls - which i do weekly cause wow) who never takes calls themselves. Such terrible service. Their stuff looks so good but not worth this headache

Buying from these people is for the brave, I've been waiting for my order since May till today. The stories I've been getting are more than the amount I paid for their items. Trying to get a refund is even worse Never again

What a terrible service that these people are giving to their customers. This is for the 2nd time I complain about their service. I have placed an order on the 31st of May my order was supposed to receive it on the 21st, Debby sent a mail saying there is a delay due to a lot of deliveries. Every week I do a follow-up I am being told that only one is short for my order to complete but on the email they said the delay is due to a high volume of deliveries. I have sent emails and WhatsApp messages to follow-up and I am being sent back and forth. I have asked for my refund but no one wants to sort my issue out. I have never experienced such a terrible service. They blue tick me on WhatsApp, ignore my mails when I phone they say the person who is in charge of my is not at the office but they still fail to return my calls. I am annoyed!!!!! I would never advise anyone to buy from you guys. Your customer service is not improving at all.

I am one of the clients who received a very bad service from AFH.i went to maponya mall branch for dress to be sewn for me in July 2018. I gave the design and paid cash immediately as i was promised heaven and earth.numeruos fittings went badly simply because justice was not done to the original pattern/design i nitially chose. Option 2 (complete different design) fitting went badly too. What i was presented with yesterday 10/09/2018 was a complete disaster.The outfit does not even come close to the money that i paid. My frustration is the wedding is on the 22/09/2018 and still not outfit. Bridesmaid dress also that i needed alteration for is still not complete. The story is, they cant find the same colour material and fabric to do alterations. I was told a plan would be made. I am buffled, i am puzzled and so disappointed. From July to date?
