I am a member of for the past 5 years with ADT..today I find there service very poor..about 45 minutes ago..i called them to tell them that a vehicle had stopped in front of my home and took pictures..i was told by this indian gentleman he will call me back in 2 min..i am still awaiting his call....well if this is the service that I get from this company ....I am forced to move my business somewhere were they react responsively..totally unacceptable...

It is impossible to speak to the Branch Manager of KZN - no matter how many times you try and call and explain your situation?

We would like to compliment Eveline of the Pinetown branch for her promp action in sorting out our problem with the flat battery. She went the extra mile to help us, and our battery has been replaced before 17h00.
