adidas Outlet Store - Access City Bellville, Cape Town

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the service I received at the Adidas store at Access Park. We arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing time, and unfortunately, the staff were extremely impatient and appeared irritated while assisting us. Their attitude was very noticeable, and it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as customers. This is also not the first time I have experienced this type of service from the ladies working at the till point. I understand that staff may be tired or preparing to close, but customers should still be treated with respect and professionalism until the store officially closes. I am disappointed because this experience has happened more than once, and I believe it should be addressed. I would appreciate it if management could look into the matter and ensure that customers receive friendly and respectful service, regardless of the time of day. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously.
