Headed by Namir Waisberg, the Actuarial Team has over 15 years of Actuarial Science and Investments experience.

Namir is a qualified Actuary and qualified CFA Charterholder of the CFA Institute, having completed all of his degrees Cum Laude from the University of the Witwatersrand. He serves as a Board Member of the FTSE/JSE Index Committee as well as the FTSE/JSE Bond Fixed Income Index Committee.

He previously chaired the Actuarial Society’s Investments Committee and served as Board Member on the CFA Society of South Africa. Namir has previously been a part-time lecturer at the University of Witwatersrand within the Actuarial Science Faculty. He is a member of the Actuarial Society Damages & Compensation Committee as well as a member of the Actuarial Society Investments & Asset Management Committee.
