Have been using the Reservations book. Just love the holidays page and the staff leave chart and yearly planner, no need for any other book! The entire month is at a glance with all my units. The paper is strong so rubbing out is fine and changes made look neat. The Guest Register adds to the front desk area. Thanks for a fabulous value for money product.

We publish and manufacture specialized diaries, appointment books and reservation books. We have a range of Medical Appointment books and Hospitality Reservations books. All our products are available one year in advance. 2015 diaries are available now.
Our medical Appointment books have 15 minute intervals and a Registered medical aid Scheme Telephone Index. Our page-a-day book have full Sundays and Saturdays.
We publish reservations books and guest registers for the hospitality industry. The reservations book is designed for small to medium establishments and can accommodate up to 30 units/rooms.

Company description
We publish diaries that have been designed to the specific needs of various industries. We design, publish and manufacture diaries to order for various clients in the business community. Diaries are custom made and personalized to the customer needs.
We also keep a standard range of diares. We have a Medical Range and a Hospitality Range. We are currently selling our 2015 books, but 2014 publications can still be ordered on request. Our 2015 books will be available as from January 2014.
Our Medical Appointment Books are designed for the busy medical practice and are available one year in advance. These books have 15 minute intervals with the day starting at 7:30 am and ending at 6:00 pm. Another special feature is that our medical books have full Saturdays and Sundays. This makes our books unique, as most diaries have a half page weekend. We understand that entries into the appointment books are often erased, so we print on thick 80gms paper. This makes our Page-a-Day book bulkier than standard diaries. Because of this book's weight and because this book is used by many practitioners for almost two years, we take special care in re-enforcing the spine of the book. Case bound books that are handles very often, usually separate from the cover at the spine. We overcome this problem by hand-sewing additional support into the spine, which is then glued into the cover. The age old art of hand bookbinding has been taught to unemployed women from rural Kwazulu-Natal, resulting in quality hand made books with heart! Our Medical Appointment Books are used by various medical practitioners from dentists and GP's to Physiotherapists and Veterinarians. Because or page-a-day features full Saturdays and Sundays, this book has also become popular with business managers and weekend tour operators and personal trainers.
Our Hospitality Range includes a Reservations book and Guest Register.
