We booked a room with Aa'qtansisi over the December period for our honeymoon and received a confirmation email from them.
A few days before we were going to stay there I phoned to ensure everything was in order.
Ria, the lady in charge of bookings informed me that she had never received my booking and was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly.
She blamed "internet problems" for not receiving our booking.

This old Karoo home, circa 1856, has been created into a small boutique-type accommodation centrally situated in Graaff-Reinet, the jewel of the Karoo. Our guesthouse, named Aa''Qtansisi, is derived from the authentic original Khoisan language, meaning "We welcome You". Family friendly accommodation. Children welcome. 5 bedrooms en suite. Centrally situated, a stone throw away from all restaurants and shopping areas.
