Pathetic service

Dirk , 16 years ago

We booked a room with Aa'qtansisi over the December period for our honeymoon and received a confirmation email from them. A few days before we were going to stay there I phoned to ensure everything was in order. Ria, the lady in charge of bookings informed me that she had never received my booking and was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. She blamed "internet problems" for not receiving our booking.
