Description
On the Beach! 10 LaMer is a 3 STAR TGCSA accredited 3 bedroom duplex, ideally situated in the front row overlooking the Ballito promenade. This self-catering duplex has up market tasteful furnishings and sleeps maximum 6 persons.The main bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a queen and the third has twin beds.
The unit boasts air-conditioners and ceiling fans besides unobstructed sea views in all rooms.
Downstairs fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and comes with a dishwasher, double-door fridge as well as a microwave.
Company description
Premium DSTV provided (full bouquet - no need to bring your smart card). All linen is provided excluding bath and beach towels. The unit is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays.
This unit is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There is also a baby sitting service in the area. There is an automated garage leading into the dining-room area and an extra open visitors parking in front of the unit.
The garden has a gate which has direct access onto the Ballito promenade, rock pools and Clarks Bay public beach with life-guards. Dolphin and whale watching decks are a short walk along the promenade.
10LaMer is within easy walking distance to your local Spar, Spur, ATM, hairdresser, beauty spa, pubs and restaurants.
