Poor service or rather a lack thereof! I have a S8 that was damaged and took it to them for a screen repair. I paid them for the repair in advance and waited 2 weeks for the repair. When I received the phone back, I struggled for about 2 days to get my google account registered on the phone but with no prevail. That is when I realised that the phone I received back from them is not mine as the IMEI number is deferent from the device I bought. I contacted them and they confirmed that they did give me the wrong device but do not know where mine is? I tried contacting them everyday for more than a week but no answer?? It took them another 2 weeks to find my phone and FINALLY received a call today to come collect my phone!!! Yippeee ------ NOT!!! When they gave the phone back today, the screen is still cracked, they didnt even touch the phone??????????

Cellphone repair. had to endure falls promises,lies and it took them 3months for my phone's screen to be fixed.full of lies n empty promises.

Got the same excuse last week about a stock take and the parts I ordered didn't come in for that reason. Had to pay the amount upfront in order to have the order for the parts placed. Been trying to call for 2 days now...no answer. That's just disgusting customer service!!!!

Not good at all - more than 14 days to get a quote - and I had to phone. Phoned them twice now to mail me the quote - nothing. How can these people provide a service which does not exsist?????

I had a great experience with this company, I needed some samsung products fixed (TV + Mobile) and they were brilliant. Look and work almost like its brand new. Thanks guys!!!

I have had the exact same experience, telling me about some stock take that happened and that they dont give out stock at this time. They really dont answer their phones, and never phone back. Im so frustrated. Its been 2 weeks after they promised to have the phone ready within 2 days

It's now exactly a month!!!! We took in a Tab 3 for a screen to be replaced after SAMSUNG recommended them. When I phoned they told me it would be repaired within 3 working days, we paid cash the same day we took the phone in, I phoned a few days later and they told me Samsung don't have stock, when I phoned again they told me they did receive some of the stock they will go and check and get back to me. I phoned again then they told me Samsung is busy with stock take and don't send out any stock they will phone me once they heard from Samsung. Not ONCE did they phone me to give me feedback on the progress, I had to phone every time with a promise that they will phone me back and they never do!!! Most of the time they don't even answer their phones!!! I sure hope that Samsung DOES NOT refer any more clients to them!!!!!
