I bought a property at Orlando west soweto which was advertised on property 24 November 2024I spoke to an agent by the name of Belinda Moeng that works for Ramogundo I went to the Pretoria offices to sign offer to purchase I paid R470.000 cash for the property months passed nothing when I called the agent she told me the offer was canceled I asked for my refund I was sent a form to fill for a refund till to date even the agent went AWOL Lodged a case with LPC forms were sent to me ti fill and send to Fidelity I’m to sent them tomorrow 10/09/25 I spoke to a nice guy there at Fidelity and he told me he knows the attorney LPC saying they haven’t suspended him yet so many more people are still gonna be scammed by this rubbish attorney

So going through the reviews i believe he was only competent last year as this year he is only scamming us.so I bought a house from an agent that works for him in February ever since then the lawyer that was handling my case said to be hospitalised and the agent in question is now not working for him what a coincidence .went to his offices the place looks like has never entered a person in 2 years I mean how does he steal from clients our legal system is failing us bcz this person s actions would have been taken to consideration but no he keeps doing it wena Pfano yaka chelate otlo mpha xame

This Rabbish Ramugondo is a scam. He scammed me R366.000 guys don't use ths guy the case is still on. I report him at LPC still waiting for the response. Members of public are not protected by legal practice council against Ramugondo Attorneys he is continue scamming people and the are doing nothing took client money for his own benefit not responding calls office not in use, he must also reported to the public protector any one who is scammed send me you contact something must be done to stop this nonsense my email [email protected]
Ramugondo gave me a service that for me defines the essence of attorneys, he had channels for which to filter information that would be critical for the verdict of my case, i am still impressed by the proffesionalism showed when i had my own doubts and fear which were causing me to crash out, excellent service i recommend

Scammer ths law firm... Ramugondo now he's no where to be found... He scammed me R366.000.
