I ordered a meal online and money was deducted from my bank account yet i did not receive the meal, when I followed up on the case, I was told to wait for 4 to 7 working days and I'll receive feedback on my refund. I have not received anything to-date, they giving different stories.

Crispy chicken franchise in mosel service is ridiculous... their employees do not have customer service... i paid for meals but never received said meals...

After getting to KFC Sidwell at 10:28am I get told I can't order a breakfast but it clearly states on Google breakfast available up until 11:00 am.. Very poor service...

I went to the William Moffat KFC. Waited an half an hour just for a burger. ALL your staff was busy with chicken pieces and no one was busy with anything else. Surely you should have staff working on different sections not just one.

Every Sunday at 6.00PM we go to KFC Cape Road OPP Green Acres hospital to order 2 classic twisters and 4 zinger wings - Last Sunday 26th March we discovered that the twisters contained only 2 chicken strips and were half the size of what was previously supplied. We reported this to Amanda at [email protected] and have yet to receive a response -they obviously dont care and dont need the business!!

I went to KFC, Westgate, Roodepoort on Saturday, 16 July 2016. There was only one person serving Customers, the rest of the staff was noisy and on there own mission. Once my order was ready it was only lying in the warmer, I had to ask assistance to get my food, My Son and I went to sit down to have our food, There was no coke available :( I was not even offered a Buddy Coke, anyway, the second bite off my Burger I could taste something is wrong, I took it too the Counter and informed them that is was off. The Supervisor handled my complaint efficiently and gave me back my money and she wanted to replace the food, but I did not feel like KFC anymore, Westgate KFC has poor service, this is not the first time that the food is off :( The one Staff member was standing right in front of me arguing with another staff member regarding a slip that got lost ! KFC Westgate needs to pull their socks together or needs new trained friendly staff.

I was a customer at KFC Govern Mbeki (Main Street) on the 5th of May 2016 at about 4pm. I left my cellphone under the tray and there was a cleaning lady near our table, assuming that after we have finished and have gone out she will come straight to clear our table as she was close to our table. With few minutes of leaving KFC, I thought of my cellphone that I had left behind. My friend that I was with tried to call my cellphone but it was on voicemail. We went back to KFC immediately to ask about the cellphone but no one knew anything and unfortunately we also could not find the lady. The manager said maybe she was on lunch and asked me to come on another day. To cut a long story short, the manager of the place by the name of Glynnis, I feel has been giving me the running around, everytime I go there I struggle to get hold of her and I have to wait for a long time to see her. Last time me and Glynnis talked about more than a month ago, she promised again that they will have a look at the camera's and see what happened on the day and she will phone me and I have been waiting ever since and I am running out of patience with her, hence I am escalating the matter as I can see that I will get no assistance from her. Please help me as I really need my phone and I do not have money to buy another one. My cell number is 0783851069

I went to kfc in newton park on the 1 April 2015 the evening. I had to wait a half an hour in he que. There was one cashier and she was handle a customer who was complaining. I waited another 20 minutes. The staff in the back were shouting at each other. Eventually I was served I could hardly hear what the cashier had to say and she gave me the wrong total. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order and the manager when I complained told me to go to hell in xhosa language. Customers were complaining about their. Orders and how long they had to wait. My zinger burgers were pathetic. I don't know how can anyone slice a tomatoe that thing. There was hardly any sauce on it. It was the worse ever. I hope I hear from u soon regarding this disgustingexperience I had at your place Candice Hutton 0723411819

I used to work at KFC and I'm surprised I lasted there 6 month. They make it appear like its a great company and you grow, only to find out that the managemnt themselves dont deliver to the staff, than honestly how can the staff deliver to the customers? Many times there was no wings, lettuce, buns....this and that. Manager dont give us clear answers and we couldnt give customers clear answers. Sometimes you have to be in two places at once....managament never saw anything wrong with that so thats why I decided to just leave. I say start with the management and staff, from then there will be less complaints and very good service.

The most appalling service ever received from KFC Walker Drive Port Elizabeth - please explain on FOUR occasions that a fast food establishment that specialises in chicken does not actually have chicken available - when the first cashier at the drive through confirms via the phone line that they have chicken - we placed our order, drove through to the second window to pay.... when the next cashier shouts - we have no chicken ... I can maybe understand if it was month end, but this is the middle of the month and no CHICKEN ....... KFC wont be my first or my last stop.......ANGRY PE RESIDENT :(

Extremely poor service

On 29 Jan I went to KFC at Stanford Quarter in Korsten, 24hr drive thru. I passed the first window as it was closed and locked and all customers were placing orders, paying and receiving their goods at the last window (causing quite a delay). After placing my order at the last window I was told that to pay by card I would have to go back to the first window. I was told I can get out of my car and walk to the window, which I did (already not too pleased about as this is a drive thru and it was not my fault that the first window was closed when I passed it). Back at the first window where cars had been queuing behind me I was told that the system did not pick up the order placed at the last window. I went back to my car and then asked what can be done now, the staff member told me "if you give me the cash we can give you the food". I asked to see the manager (named V... or V...) who did not even come to the window to explain the situation to me or to apologise, he hid where I could not see him. The staff member then ignored everything I was saying to her. I went around to the front of the store to ask the security guard to call the manager, the manager then told him to just lock the door and they all hid inside the store where I could not see them. This is pathetic and I am extremely angry and will not let this go, I will take this up with management as far as I can.

I am disgusted in the chicken we have been sold on 3 occations at the Heidelberg Gauteng branch. The chicken is over cooked as the outer layer and skin is burnt. The chicken is not placed in the bain marie but packed where you cannot see. They have put in a fancy order and collect number system but the chicken is bad. We bought some chicken at the KFC in Ermelo a few weeks back, what an experience, lovely succulent chicken. Heidelberg KFC goodbuy!!!!

The new KFC at Musgrave Centre in Durban was a disaster last night. WE had a problem and asked to see the manager, at around 7.30pm - apparently it was meant to close at 7... - no manager! we had paid for chicken we did not get - and were eventually told that they only had legs and wings left anyway. After a 20 minute wait we were given some money back. I felt sorry for the poor woman serving. So many complaints and the manager was NOWHERE... I will pursue this further.

The kfc in Alberton is disgusting the machinery is dirty the floor the counters and the dustbins are over flowing.and this is just the view from the counter I don't want to see the preparing area. And I have phones to prove it. And the service they don't know first come first served.

I went to the branch in Observatory last night and placed an oprder for a fully loade box meal, 2 Streetwise pa, 3 snack burgers and 1 pops, plus 3 cokes. The cost was for R170.00. When we got home there was the burgers, pops a packet of chips and the streetwise boxes, plus a piece of chicken in a packet...........NO FULLY LOADED BOX MEAL! We went back to the franchise to be told they meant to apoloogise but they had run out of boxes for the fully loaded meal and all items had been packed separately and put into the packet..................we went home again to find the pieve of chicken in the packet was aprt of the meal, the chips was part of the meal................BUT there was NO burger and instead of mash and gravy there was simply a bakkie of gravy! By this time my boyfriend haf=d a total sense of humour failure and refused to go back again to complain..................so we paid R50 for a piece of chicken and some chips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is NOT acceptable! Another complaint is the numbe rof vagrants at the KFC! As I got out of my car I was approached by someone begging for money for a shelter. while waiting for our order, sititng at a table INSIDE the shop, another beggar came and asked for money and while goihng back to my car yet another one harrassed me for money or food ! It was NOT a pleasant experience and after this disgusitng service I will NEVER support KFC again

it is unacceptable that the branch does not have enough bread buns available after 10h00 in the morning to serve rounders. pick n pay and spar are less than 100m away from the branch and the manager should have thought about ordering correctly or at least buying in a small amount of stock to carry them through until their new stock arrives
