THE WORST EVER not only the receptionist has no telephone ethics. The managers don't know they work or what the hell they doing. You wait for ever for your car. Just a useless company

I cannot understand why Outsurance uses unreputable repairs for brand new vehicles are tampered the way ours was. I agree poor workmanship and Poor Service. I think also the insurance being the service provider is a culprit in this , Give us back our monies worth. Highly frustrating and a slap dash work done on a 2014 model this just is frustrating and I would never recommend vehicles go to HOFBRO really Outsurance Step in and do something....

My car has been with hofbro for a month. From the 19th May 2014 till the 20th June 2014. Since I got my car back from hofbro it continuously needs to be kicked start. My key is broken. They taped it up with masking tape. Me thinking this was just to mark the key I remove the tape and my key falls apart. This key will cost me 3000 to replace. I paid hofbro R5000 for access and also now have to replace my battery. When I call hofbro I get told I'd be called back. I'm waiting since 10 for someone to get back to me. The service is really not up to standard

Dissapointing, they have sprayed my car and forget to buff it after two and half month waiting for them.

my car is been sitting in their workshop for a month claming that they have been busy with it. Only then after a month they claim they did not get the car with the key.How on earth was the assessments done on the car aftet the accident without the key? When they find the key they don't even have audacity to apologise. Still waiting for the feedback on my car but quess what, every time you call they hang on the fone or promise to call back but they never Call. For a panel beater like this one, it is totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed and I will never advice anyone to take their car there. The Worst service I received from them.

So, i don't have the strength to go through the whole ordeal. Simply Put it took 6 weeks to repair a front left fender. And they have THE worst attitudes. Do yourself a favor - STAY AWAY!! You're welcome!!
