Hey I've reported a lost ticket on the 24 of January 2024......they told me my ticket is blocked and I'll get my refund...... I've been going to the bus terminas in sauslville since that day I reported and I'm still waiting for my refund....I'm struggling to travel to work due all my travelling allowance is in the lost ticket which I'm waiting to be refunded.......... please help

Good day I will like to lay a complaint about a driver of bus no 21 he passes people at all bus stop, the bus goes from moshongo to sunderland ridge and he says he wants cash if you want to clim in his bus the people who uses tickets are not allowed, the bus time is 17.05 pm please do something about this.

Yesterday on the 16th May 2023 morning i was bullied by the ABS bus driver of the bus no 46 to Centurion at 5:52 when i entered the bus and tapped my card then the driver asked me "where am i going because his bus is getting full and there is another bus coming after his" of which i replied that i am going to Centurion as it was not the first-time i took this bus to work in the mornings, then he said that he doesn't know me and he doesn't want many people in his bus and i should get off his bus because i am rude 😳, of which i refused then he refused to give me my receipt back and told me to get off the bus and go get it from his window outside and that he has the right to through me out. Today again this morning he refused to tap my ticket and threw it out of the door in the mud and said again" i am not welcome in his bus".😠 So now i must catch a late bus 🤔 This kind off behavior from the people we trust with our lives on the roads, is not acceptable nor should it be tolerated. 😠😠ABS contacts from the website are not in use, i am sooo agnry about this incident that occurred 2 days in a row . Does this company condones such behaviour ? For what reason can passengers gets thrown of the bus ? Where can we go to complain about such bad service ? Does ABS discriminate against there passengers ? I want to know.

Bus 04 from atteridgeville to mindrand is passing before its departure time in the afternoon it rushes to go and stop at boulders mall, we tried to communicate with the driver and requested that he must first wait before he starts collecting passengers, the other day I had to catch a taxi in order to catch up with at boulders,he's passing 15 minutes early than his normal time,I even knocked off 3 minutes earlier but still could not make it

Today at hennopsview old Johannesburg road I have got to a bus number 103 which came at 13:21 which I was thrown out by the bus driver to go use a taxi claiming that my ticket can’t take out a slip from the location am at let alone I have been using the same ticket for the past 3 months at the same location but today I have been told that I have bought a wrong ticket let alone I have used my money to buy a ticket were on earth can I get the money for the taxi 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

The driver of this Bus no H9057 Mr. NTHITE GRIFFITHS MPETE scratch my uncle car and denied that he didn’t even see that and he was surprise when I stop him as I was the drive of the white ISUZU Bakkie denied to go to police station to make statement due to the condition of His Company doesn’t allow him to do so he must first drop all the people in the bus and then go to police station to make a statement and the condition in the company don’t allow him to make any statement after 6 O’clock
