I paid R23000 to fix my vehicle (Jeep Cherokee) in 2011 till today nothing has been done and they have even moved from their premises.

Paid R8250 on 20 November 2015 as a deposit for an engine that was to be delivered within 7 working days. After numerous emails and back and forth phonecalls, where Tom promised we would be refunded, to date have not received our money back or the engine. CAS 456/1/2015 opened with the fraud department of the SAPS.

These guys are a complete scam. Paid R3,400 for parts which were never delivered. Do NOT use.

Around the 20th December 2013 I bought a BMW 318I head for R3500.00 form Acarfirm, instead they gave me a VW head which I returned, but I never received the correct part or a refund on my money, it costs me hundreds phoning and driving up and down to try and sort this issue out. I have now decided to open a criminal case!

Hi all, my husband just got scammed of R4800 by these guys, the guy called himself M*****. It's important to always google companies we deal with. This is very saddening. Anyway we learn everyday. I hope they will eventually get caught.

yesterday, i called the company mentioned above, looking for the passenger door right side, they said they have the door and i must 1st make a payment of R1000 to their account of which did, and the guy called Moosa, confirmed(payment) and promised to deliver within two hours, of which it never happened,and i called five hours later,and he started throwing tantrums, and said lots of things swearing at me and said i was rude, but the fact of the mater is i deposited the money into their account, and he sent me an sms to say i must come and fetch my door, of which the agreement was for him to deliver, and suddenly all numbers were unavailable including the landline, the numbers are 012 751 6307,0723264237,0796894071, and i called to day the number are working and there is ladies answering but they always say he is not around, and they cannot help me, the address on g.... is cnr dellwood and pretoria road, silverton pretoria,, and when i google this company it gives me a different(branch) address in Pretoria not silverton,i called again he picked up and said i am rude , i just need to go to the address and fetch my door, and i don't need to call him, help me i have been scamed Add a new Acarfirm/amato Transport... On the 2nd of September 2011, I paid a 50% deposit of R900 to ACARFIRM for the replacement of a windscreen on my Nissan Grand Livina. They promised to have it replaced the following day on Saturday but i need to pay R900 deposit before 12 pm on Friday which i did. I called the guy called Moosah on Saturday morning and he promised they will definitely attend to me during the course of the day as they work until late even on Saturdays. They never showed up and when i tried to call Moosah late afternoon Saturday, his phone was off and i emailed the guy i have been in contact with via email and he promised he will get them to attend to me the next day on Sunday and they never came and Moosah's phone was still off until Monday. I have been calling Moosah since Monday, at least his phone is on but he has been having empty promises with full of attitude and arrogance. They have my money but still with a broken windscreen on my car.

yes its true this acarfirm does not deliver the car parts that you order from them and they dont refund you instead you get arrogant response

I have been dealing with a person named M S, i paid R2400 into acarfirms account for Polo seats, after two months he informed me they do not have seats, and that they will refund me it has now been 5 Months still no resolve, the lamest excuses,arrogant little man,puts phone down in my ear whilst iam still talking to him, have heard all the excuses in the book from this M guy, thought of taking time off work to personally going to see him but I am afraid if he is going to be arrogant in person that I will definitly hurt him.So have decided to let the Law deal with him or his firm because he represents acarfirm.
