I'd like to commend you on your awesome service and staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with you guys via Whatsapp. I had an amazing shopping experience in Vereeniging while being in East London! Your staff were not only friendly but were trying their utmost to get me what I wanted. Feedback from your store is unbelievable! A special thanks to David for all his help but mostly for his patience and speedy response. I think I gave him some grey hairs! Please keep up the good work. Your service was impeccable and this is becoming very rare. Continue to be innovative - using Whatsapp as a work tool is pure genius. Also displaying pictures of your fabric on the internet, having an online help service and categorising your products – may be small things, but they are the difference between a sale; and a customer just closing your website. I've been on a lot of websites for fabric stores this week and yours is the best! You definitely have an advantage over your competitors. At this pace your business can only prosper. You rock!
