The evening of the 14-04-2015, I contacted this company, they dispatched an Electrical who charged byR4998.00 - to replace an "earth leakage unit". After several attempts of "trying" to get them back, resorted to another electrician who actually resolved the problem. Which subsequent to the installation it discovered not to be the earth leakage unit, but a wire in the garage!!!! They are con artists. They say they do not charge for quotes. Asked for a quote to repair a fridge. When I got home the fridge was repaired and a bill of R750.00 was left. The quote was not authorized by me. When I called them, they lied about me insisting the fridge be repaired as my food will spoil. The fridge was a spare fridge, not in use. They finally settled for a 50% reduction, as I was difficult with them. Don't use them.

I was charged R2 730.30 for a 45 minute job, a 30cm plastic pipe, a 5 second drilling job and attaching my old tab to the plastic pipe, this is a rip off, the invoice received does not indicate labour, and parts separetely. when I complained the general manager had a terrible attitude, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone DO NOT USE THEM

Charged me R7500 for 3-4 hours of electrical work. Promised detailed invoice which was never produced.

Terrible service! They attend to you and did half of the job and left a hole in the wall without fixing properly, I called them and they lied about plumber is on the way, but I waited from 3pm as they promised to be there until 6:30pm still no one came, I tried to call they refused to answer my calls since they can see my number I had to ask my husband to call them and they finally answered! They still did not solve the problem and I will never ever use them again. So angry I should have read all the comments other people left here before I called them!

Here it goes: We requested a plumbing repair. Made call to AAA Home Service on 18-Jul-2013. They assured us that they can fixed the problem, and also put the tiles back on the wall. As we used them previously, we believed the promise from them on the telephone. During the repair, there was a massive hole on the wall. After the pipe was repaired, we asked when they will come and do that patching up the hole. Again, assured it would take place on 19-Jul-2013 afternoon. We got a call on 19-Jul-2013, and told that worker will be on site from 15H00. Until 17H00, there was no one. During the period, we made calls to the company, and had given various excuses and eventually told it will be done by 20-Jul-2013(by Pam). However, even we told them we are not available to make it on that date prior to the information being given. We tried to communicate with them, but they would not listen, and even refuse to take calls. When we were luckily enough to get to them, they hung up on us.

Had the unfortunate situation of having AAA do electrical work for me in October 2010, am still trying to get AAA to sort out a valid invoice so I can claim from my insurance. They were very quick to say they can do this when quoting, but the follwo through has been very poor.
