MACADO provides clients with the unique option to either secure our product offering through outright purchase with an optional Service Level Agreement (SLA) or a Rental Agreement. Both these options include the full scope of our product offering. Clients will have the full benefit of all our services, tailor made to suit your financial objectives. Outright Purchase Option: The outright purchase with an SLA option offers the benefit of a full security solution. This solution will result in ownership of the system after design and installation has been completed. The added benefit to this option is that MACADO will ensure optimum functioning of the system for the duration of the Service Level Agreement. Rental Option: All electronic technology has a limited lifespan, and security technology is no different. There are constant upgrades and a need to keep pace with advancements in system performance. Macado’s Rental offerings include our platinum service level and ensures the solution are well maintained and properly functioning for the lifespan of the technology. It is cheaper to rent the solution from Macado than to opt for conventional manned guarding.

Audio Challenge A series of personalised audio challenge & warning messages are delivered to site through on site speakers from the control room to discourage criminal activity. D-fence Power Shower A unique concept in remotely activating outdoor and perimeter security. Police and security personnel worldwide use water to disperse crowds, confirming the effectiveness of the Power Shower concept. When an alarm is triggered and received in the control centre, the skilled intervention specialist will through application of discretion elimination decide whether to activate the Power Shower as the deterrent of choice for that particular situation. Water is automatically mixed with e.g. colourant, foul-smelling agents or liquid pepper concentrate. The Power Shower can be attached to a solid base, dug directly into the soil, or attached to solid walls or posts. Striker Gas Emitting System The remotely activated Pepper Spray system is a powerful intrusion deterrent system. Pepper Gas is discharged in multiple short bursts allowing for long-term protection – it only discharges when intruders are in the room. If somebody tries to get away before the alarm is being reset, this device instructs the system, via the interface, to keep blowing smoke. Stun Bomb The Stun Bomb cracker is remotely detonated. WebEYE accepts any IP blind alarm system that supports the Contact ID protocol or any of our integrated video alarm systems. This “monitor it yourself” (MIY), automated and central station solution is suitable for anyone. The video verification technology has been designed to eradicate the stress and cost of false alarms. Each motion sensor takes a 10 second video clip that is sent to our control room and verified by our intervention specialists, before remotely activating the siren/alarm. This completely eliminates ALL false alarms because we can see the cause of the trigger. The sensors have been designed to pick up even the slightest movements, so no intruder can even attempt to outsmart the MotionViewer. Our alarm technology will never inconvenience you again. Motion viewers are strategically placed on the perimeter of your property to provide an early detection and thus effective alarm system. Electronic Guarding Service entails remote guarding of premises from a 24/7 control room. By placing motion viewers at strategic points along the parameter lines, these devices detect movement, and a 10 second video clip is sent to the 24/7 control room for verification. The intervention specialist or control room operator then follows the instructions of the client and phone ie, client key holder, armed response, SAPS, etc. Alternative Fight Back ™ products are also available and can implemented, such as audio challenge, pepper gas, fog, high power siren, sentry gun, thunder flash, etc. This usually deters the intruder.
