This a requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, that every person that have been appointed as an designated person to perform certain duties regarding Health and Safety, should be appointed in writing (e.g. Health and Safety Representatives, First Aiders, Fire Marshals, Evacuation Leaders), we can assist you in drafting these letters on your behalf.

We will assist you in compiling and drafting your Health and Safety policy as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 of 1993 as amended by Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Act, No. 181 of 1993.

We will evaluate the effectiveness of all your evacuation procedures that you have implemented in the working environment, by either physically evaluating the evacuation process by doing any actual evacuation of the premises or by reviewing your actual evacuation plan and make recommendations where necessary. Totally independent investigations to all incidents and accidents that have accrued in the working environment, this investigation, is not there to prove the guilt of any one, but rather a fact finding mission to prevent the re-occurrence of said incident and or accident from reoccurring.
