These are manufactured from: • Recycled 500g polyester scrim reinforced PVC which are either black or white on one side with some or other printing on the other side. • Alternatively a virgin 550g polyester scrim reinforced PVC can be selected. Standard sizes are available – 12m x 9m, 9m x 9m, 9m x 6m, 6m x 6m, 6m x 3m. All other sizes can be made to order up to a maximum size of approximately 200m2 or 100kg in weight. All tarps come with a 60mm seam unless a wider seam is requested to accommodate a pole. Stainless steel eyelets are fitted at 1m intervals otherwise to customers specifications.

Mesh reservoirs offer the most cost-effective DIY water storage solutions on the market. We have two ranges available: – - Series 10/08, 10/11, 10/14 a entry level range which has a painted welded mesh. - Series 50/12, 50/15, 50/18 a commercial range which has a galvanised welded mesh. Mesh dams are available in a variety of sizes and depths, ranging from 2m diameter up to 9.45m diameter with depths ranging from of 0.8m up to 1.8m. Having holding capacities of 3400 litres up to a maximum of 128000 litres depending on the range chosen.

The grow beds are the centre of every aquaponics or hydroponic system. Our virgin or recycled 400-micron polyester scrim reinforced PVC liner is ideal for grow beds going into the ground and where a simple flat sheet will suffice. However, a raised grow bed or where a shaped liner is required our 450 micron is better suited. Both the above liners can be made to any length, width or depth. They are tough enough to withstand the weight of the water and the grow media they are to hold. These liners are non-toxic, safe to grow your plants in and won’t alter the Ph level of your system.
