We offer the stainless steel braided hose with Teflon (PTFE)/PA12 inner line braided with stainless wire of 0.15/0.25 mm diameter. The outer coating is a polyurethane which is extremely weather resistant and color fast even under strong sunlight. The almost zero volumetric expansion of the SS braided hose offers very responsive pedal feel and the high quality materials used guarantee long service life. The SS braided hose is available in the following sizes: 3.2mm x 6.5mm, 3.2mm x 7.5mm and 4mm x 7.9mm.

We supply a full range of imperial and metric threaded fittings such as banjo fittings, male fittings, female fittings, brackets, clips, tube nuts, bleeders, unions. These fittings are supplied in copper or stainless steel, carbon steel with galvanized coating intended for general applications in automotive hydraulic system. The fittings are manufactured as per SAE J514, SAE J516 and SAE J533 standards. In addition, plastic accessories, rubber components and protective springs are also available. The fittings and accessories can be made as per sample or drawing.

Qingdao Gofar’s low carbon steel brake tube is supplied in single wall and double wall (Bundy pipe). The products conform to ASTM A-254-91, A-512-91A and ASTM A214 and A513 in material and quality. Commonly sizes we supply to the client include 4.76mm x 0.7mm, 6.35mm x 0.7mm and 8mm x 0.7mm. The product can be supplied in straight piece and in coil based on customers' need.

CNG tube is a component of compressed natural gas fuel system. It is a length of rigid fuel line widely used in natural gas powered vehicles (including mono-fuel, bi-fuel and dual-fuel vehicles). CNG tube is manufactured from galvanized low carbon steel tube properly annealed to ensure its flexibility so that the tube can be manually bent for easy installation. The outer surface of the steel tube is covered with a layer of PVC coating, which is achieved with proprietary technology so that the coating is evenly applied and tightly attached to the steel tube to offer sufficient protection. To guarantee the performance of CNG tube, it is tested in strict accordance with Part 16 of ISO 15500 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fuel System Components – Rigid Fuel Line.
