Durecast 86 is our own cast plastic, Incredible impact strength, this material weighs in at 86 Shore D. It is perfect for gears, split gears, components for jigs and checking fixtures as well as small volume clones of injection-moulded items. Coating on pipe-bending rollers save wear and money. Machines beautifully.

We are sole agents for Triax PP, a tri-laminate Poly-Prop sheet with incredible strength. It is lighter and stronger than conventional corrugated plastic sheets due to it's "honeycomb" tri-laminate design, Perfect for bins and inter-layers. We have a thermo-forming facility which we presently use for truck and bus seat backs, Available for inter-layers.

We process a large variety of foams through our high pressure injection machinery. From our durable IS 160 moulded foam packaging components for sensitive parts like airbags and fuel hoses to our Flex 60 foam applications like seat and headrests and the lightweight yet rock-hard rigid foam packaging We process it all.

Polyurethane Engineering manufactures a massive range and volume of elastomer products ranging from 35 Shore A to 95 Shore A. Products include dunnage components bonded to steel, boat rollers industrial rollers, wheels, washers, sleeves and gaskets. Specialty products include non-crusher wheels, and our new development range of forklift wheels.
