Suitable for long-lasting fume extraction for welding involving unalloy steels and precious metals, galvanized material and and aluminium involving a strong fume production Stationary cartridge filter unit which is IFA-certified in combination with all TEKA suction arms or cranes according to DIN EN 150012-1. The separation efficiency is = 99 %. The unit corresponds to the security requirements for units of the welding fume category W3 (high alloy steels). If you handle the unit correctly, you can use it for circulating air operation because it fulfils the requirements for the exceptional rules according to the new German Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefstoffV). The unit is fitted with a high-capacity steel plate fan which is mounted on top of the device. When the fan is switched off, a consecutive cleaning is carried out. The fan has a high negative pressure that guarantees a high volumetric flow even if the filter is saturated. A stable sheet steel construction with continuous powder coating guarantees a low maintenance operation even under rough conditions. The specially developed dedusting system guarantees optimal separation efficiency during the whole operation. The advantage of the Power-Spray- System is not only its low maintenance construction without rotating jets which are susceptible to wear, but also the low dedusting pressure and low consumption of compressed air. The dedusted particles are collected in a freely accessible dust collecting drawer and can be disposed of afterwards. A baffle plate serves as protection device for the filter cartridges. The fumes and dusts are separated from the filter cartridges. They are coated ex works with a special filter agent. This increases their lifetime considerably compared to standard filter cartridges. From a length of 5 m on, the suction arm/ crane is equipped with an additional wall bracket.

Suction- and pre-filter unit with long-life pocket-filter The filter housing is made of powder-coated steel sheet. The filtering element can be taken off and changed easily by means of a big service door. The mains connection such as the main switch are laterral. The unit is equipped with a big silent fan for outblowing operations. The unit can be built under the working place regarding the low height. Due to the small size of the unit it can be placed at nearly any place. The inlet spigot (size 100) is placed on the top of the unit (corresponds to the normal connection size of most of the laser machines). The outlet spigot (size 100) is at the rear side of the unit. The outblowing hose can easily be installed by means of a threaded hose clamp. The separation degree is higher than 85 %. This result permits that the prefiltered air can be led outside promptly in most of the cases.

The AL- ROCK is the world’s first mobile robot for targeted laser hardening of metal surfaces. No more time-consuming dismounting of heavy components – Simply drive the laser with its self-propelled crawling chassis directly to the part to be hardened. On site, the flexible, wide sweeping robot arm easily reaches even challenging work pieces. In free 3D movements, the laser beam precisely follows even the most demanding three-dimensional work piece contours, for example on tracks along complex closing edges. Burlings, scars, or single dots are not a problem. The only thing the laser needs is free access to the work piece surface to be treated. Laser hardening results in an extremely fine-grained and tough structure, therefore the hardened material is extremely cracking resistant. With laser hardening, the same hardness results can be achieved as with conventional hardening processes. All common metals can be hardened, for example, tempered steels, structural steels, cold work steels and cast steel as well as various types of grey cast iron like graphite cast iron with lamellar or spheroidal graphite (with at least 80 % pearlite).

Longer - further - higher To conceive the ALFlak Max, we have combined the advantages of the ALM with the ALFlak. The result: an ergonomic laser system which can be driven easily and fast to the work pieces and this with millimeter accuracy. Thanks to its highly movable but stable arm and its slim turn and tilt objective, the ALFlak Max can reach almost every welding spot. The system is available in two different versions: the first version is equipped with caterpillars to allow an ease of movement while the second version is adapted for a forklift or pallet truck transport.

Unique and mobile Whether on the customer site or in your own workshop, the ALM offers you the greatest possible flexibility for welding. It is ready to operate in minutes. The arm is brought quickly to the spot to be welded and it is fixed into working position using hydraulic brakes. The laser is air-cooled, requires thus no extra cooling unit. Our optional turn-and-tilt objective allows for unconstrained working, even in difficult work piece spots. With this objective, it is possible to steer the laser beam continuously from the vertical up to an angle of 40°, within the entire 360° swivel range, reaching spots that would otherwise be difficult to get to. All the while you remain in a comfortable and ergonomic working position.
