WATERPROOFING Treatment of concrete roofs, basements, patios, balconies, showers etc. Protecting concrete areas as concrete cannot be watertight on its own. The natural movement of buildings create cracks and allows water to seep through.
SHEETING MAINTENANCE AND NEW INSTALLATIONS Specialist high risk new sheeting installations and maintenance, waterproo�ng and re-painting of existing installations form part of our services and includes all known products and pro�les (IBR, Corrugated, Nu-Rib, Wide span, Craft lock, Delta Rib, Polycarbonate). We also offer turnkey services in detailing of shop drawings, supply, fabrication and erections of custom made buildings to client needs including the civil installation of plinths and �ooring.
ASBESTOS REHABILITATION • We render turnkey asbestos removal and certi�ed disposal services country wide. • Such services include asbestos wool in pipe cladding, roof sheeting and roof ceilings or any asbestos related installations or contamination. • As part of our services we do testing, issue plan of works (AIA) and disposal certi�cates at completion of each project. • Numerous projects at Transnet Sishen, Sasol 1, Arcelor Mittal Newcastle, Eskom, BHP Billiton, Anglo, Rossing, Department of Works completed successfully. • Our certi�cation, training and competencies is up to date and renewed yearly.
Corrosion protection services such as on site grit blasting, industrial coating and lining (Stoncor, Sigma, International, Jotun, Hempel, Belzona and Denso) of structural steel buildings, pipe lines, vessels, storage tanks, boilers, clari�ers and related industrial equipment, including tape wrapping of buried in situ pipelines. As part of our services to our clients we render free technical assistance and compiling of reports and drafting of coating speci�cations.
