Fruition - Products

An emulsion is a liquid dispersed in another liquid which is usually immiscible (usually incapable of being mixed)

A pulp is a natural product which comes directly from the fruit or vegetable. Concentrates and purees/pulps are made from left over fruit or fruit that cannot be sold on the fresh market.

A flavour is the substance which may be a single chemical entity or a blend of chemicals of natural synthetic origin while primary purpose is to provide all or part of the particle flavour or effect to any food or other product taken into the mouth
