CCH is an estate agency which provides an administrative and marketing support system to independent operators / estate agents. The CCH members are in either an association or an affiliation to the CCH virtual office, CCH empowers the members to compete on an equal footing with national brands – without paying either a big share of the sales commission to a conventional brick and mortar office or alternatively high monthly desk and administrative fees to a local franchisee. Member agents are not limited in terms of operating areas. They can decide on what commission split basis and at what monthly cost sharing basis they would participate in the CCH system by choosing between the different commission structures – effectively earning 55% to 90% per transaction. The potentially high income levels and the freedom to control their transactions as independent operators are attracting more & more top producers to the CCH ranks. CCH functions from a “virtual hub” – based in the Helderberg (founded in 2006 by Benhard Wiese) for the member agents in the rest of the country. The virtual offices assist at present about 40 member agents in predominantly the Helderberg, Paarl, Wellington, Stellenbosch, Langebaan & Saldanah, Yzerfontein and also in Pretoria East. CCH membership target is to reach 60 member agents by end of 2013. The virtual office has during the last few months averaged close to 1 sales contracts per day. The top member agents in the group have been selling up to 8 properties per month – with the group’s top producer selling on average 4 properties per month since the beginning of 2011.
