We provide value through our Auditing service. CBEC see Auditing as an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization’s operations. Our customers can therefore assess the effectiveness of their organization’s SHERQ management system and overall performance. The internal audits also determine compliance of the SHERQ Management System and how its' processes are implemented and maintained.

CBEC offers welding engineering subject matter expert solutions that includes tailored Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welders Performance Qualification Records (WPQR) that complies to standard requirements. Our service also covers the before, during and after production stages. Our solution satisfies proactive, current and reactive challenges.

We engineer customized QA/QC Solutions that optimise Vendor performance, Quality cost and reliability. CBEC strengthens the Assurance of equipment and product compliance. We provide detailed QA/QC solutions throughout project phases: initiation, planning, definition, implementation or execution, and closing – supervise, verify, report, mitigate, expedite and improve. We champion our customer’s Project Quality Management arrangement including Data Dossier compilation. We provide dedicated management or technical members reporting to our customers. Considering the project life cycle, our Quality services cover: Shop and Site inspection, Vendor Inspections and audits, Work and commissioning supervision, Professional support regarding regulations and standards.

Through our association Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) and Third-party Inspections we validate the respective requirements, value and safety of project materials, products and assets. Assessing customer products and services to ensure conformance and compliance to quality, safety, sustainability and performance standard requirements. CBEC provides confirmation that customer products and services comply to specified or required standards. In addition, we provide Inspection & Testing services namely, but not limit to; Visual & Dimensional Inspection, Mechanical Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Hardness Testing, Positive Material Identification (PMI) and Material testing through local laboratories.
