All racking systems will be designed to maximise the floor area, height of the warehouse and the flow of the products through the warehouse. We design the racking to suit the size and weight of the stored items giving our clients an extremely cost effective system. The most common method of storing pallets is Pallet Racking, a storage system designed to provide ready access to every pallet. Other forms of Pallet Racking include, Live Storage Racking, Drive-in Racking and Push Back Racking. Selective Storage racking is suitable for the storage of a wide variety of non-palletised goods. It can be supplied with a variety of decks or any other type of decking material required by the client. Light Duty Racking is similar in set up to that of Selective Storage Racking; however, this system is ideal for storing light bulk storage, boxes, irregular shaped items, etc. Cantilever Racking is used to store long, bulky or odd shaped items. Some items could include tubing, bars, timber or other irregular products.

We provide an array of storage accessories for all our racking, shelving, and mezzanine floors, including •Safety Barrier rails •Upright Column protectors •Shelf decking • Plastic storage bins

Making use of available height, mezzanine floors create additional storage or working areas. These areas can be supported by a structural steel system comprising of steel columns, I-beams and joists. A good economic alternative to a structural steel supported mezzanine floor is a mezzanine floor supported by steel shelving or racking. Our mezzanine floors are custom designed and manufactured to suit all customers specific requirements.

Bolted Angle Shelving is one of the most popular shelving systems on the market today. This shelving system is ideal for all-purpose storage. It is designed for versatility and can be easily adjusted or relocated. This popular shelving system uses nut and bolt fixings together with neat corner plates for additional structural stability. Compartments can be created within the shelving units with the addition of solid side and back panels. Manufactured from quality steel and modular in design, all shelves have a length of 914mm. Four shelf depths are available: 305mm, 381mm, 457mm, and 610mm. These shelves have an epoxy powder coated finish. This shelving can also be supplied with a galvanised finish if required. Bolted Angle Shelving can also be designed to support a mezzanine floor.
